Description

IATT offers a range of Compressed Air Membrane Dryers with pressure dew points (PDP) from +4°C to -40°C.

The compressed air passes through the semi-permeable hollow fibre membrane where the water vapour is diffused through the membrane wall. The dryer works without moving parts, consumables or an external power source and, due to their lightweight design, can be installed in-line into the compressed air pipework.

The special coating on the membrane fibres minimises the adsorption of hydrocarbons and maximises the tolerance to liquid. The fibres are arranged in spirals resulting in a high drying capacity. Compressed Air Membrane Dryers contain no refrigerants making them environmentally sound.

IATT also installs pre and after filtration which further enhances the Membrane Dryers efficiency, compressed air quality downstream, and at point of use.

Benefits of Compressed Air Membrane Dryers:

  • Energy efficient
  • Flexible pressure dew point from +4°C to -40°C
  • No electrical connection
  • Lightweight with no moving parts
  • Unique diffusion drying method

Membrane Dryers will perform in many difficult and demanding operating conditions.
