Onsite Nitrogen Generator Systems for the Laser Industry

IATT Ltd recently supplied, installed and commissioned an onsite turn-key Nitrogen Generation package at one of Leicestershire’s most ambitious and successful sheet metalwork fabrication companies.

From initial enquiries in February 2014 – IATT Ltd project managed the process of supplying and installing the new Nitrogen Generator System turnkey package. IATT received the order in the middle of march. The entire project was installed and commissioned only weeks later on 2nd May 2014 with minimal production disruption to the client; in fact no production time was lost at all as final connection was carried out during afternoon tea break.

The Nitrogen Generator is now the main utility supplying blanketing Nitrogen gas to one of the industries newest fibre laser cutting machines being used at the cutting edge of technology in sheet metalwork fabrication.

The new IATT Inmatec PN4000 N2 Nitrogen Generator will provide uninterrupted Nitrogen (N2) to the clients’ production processes for many years to come.
